SPA: 3411 traverses Centerville Road where the other side are all commercial properties including a few hotels. The only neighborhoods in SPA 3411 are Chantilly Estates and Chantilly Park Condos (all the rest are commercial). Chantilly Estates and Chantilly Park Condos are not adjacent and are not near each other.
SPA: 3411 does NOT represent a cohesive neighborhood grouping. It splits us up from our adjoining neighborhoods with no nearby Westfield's neighborhoods!

The rezone will drag us into a Lees Corner ES to Franklin MS to Westfield HS split feeder.
The biggest concern is our kids won't have any neighborhoods near us that attend Westfields!
