Sample Middle School to High School Split Feeders (see slide page #8)

The split feeder depicted (on slide page #8) that is across Rt 50 is commercial and does not become residential until it reaches Wegmans area at the other end. The rezone will drag us into a split feeder. The biggest concern is our kids won't have any neighborhoods near us that attend Westfields!

Chantilly Estates is noted as being inside Student Planning Area SPA: 3411 on slide page #3 of Coates boundary maps

• SPA: 3411 traverses Centerville Road where the other side are all commercial properties including a few hotels. The only neighborhoods in SPA 3411 are Chantilly Estates and Chantilly Park Condos (all the rest are commercial). Chantilly Estates and Chantilly Park Condos are not adjacent and are not near each other.

• SPA: 3411 does NOT represent a neighborhood grouping. It splits us up from our adjoining neighborhoods and leaves us without any nearby Westfield's neighborhoods!
